By Editor Mr. Jinga Mayo, the Executive Secretary of the Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board has been arraigned by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) for embezzling funds meant for the committee members of the Adamawa State Christian Pilgrims Board.
