Arik Tenders Apologies To Its Passengers Over Flight Disruptions

 

Arik Air management (In Receivership) under the auspices of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has apologised to all of the airline’s passengers whose travel plans were disrupted by the picketing carried out by a section of the aviation workers’ union, the National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE) on December 3, 2020.

Manager, PR & Communications of Arik Air, Adebanji Ola the said picketing disrupted operations in Lagos thereby preventing the airline’s personnel from processing passengers at both the Murtala Muhammed Airport Domestic Terminal 1 and 2 (MMA2).

“We are working relentlessly on resolving the impasse and assure our esteemed customers that normal flight operations will resume soonest. Passengers that were affected by the disruptions can revalidate their tickets for future flights at no extra cost,” he said.
