COVID-19: Nigeria Records 58 New Cases As Total Hit 59,345

On Sunday October 4, 2020, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 58 new cases of the dreaded coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in the country, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 59,345. The NCDC made this known on its official Twitter handle.

The federal government agency, which is in the forefront in the fight against the rampaging disease said, “On the 4th of October 2020, 58 new confirmed cases were recorded in Nigeria. “Till date, 59345 cases have been confirmed, 50768 cases have been discharged and 1113 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).” The 58 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria as recorded from across the country and the FCT include:
