NCDC Records 155 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Now 59,738

On Wednesday October 7, 2020, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Nigeria has increased by 155, with total infections now 59,738. The NCDC made this known on its official Twitter handle.

With the new addition, the agency said the total confirmed cases so far in Nigeria now stands at 59,738 of which 51,403 have been discharged. However, the infection has claimed 1,113 lives since it started in Nigeria early in the year.
