According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has continued to spread across Nigeria as the Centre confirmed that the total number of cases now stand at 22,020 as at Wednesday night.
The NCDC stated in their official Twitter handle that in all, 649 new cases were confirmed in the country on Wednesday June 24, 2020, Lagos and Oyo states reported 250 and 100 new cases respectively. In all the 22,020 cases, the centre said 7,613 have been discharged, while 542 deaths have also been recorded.
