In the spirit of Ramadan, Unilever’s leading tea brand, Lipton has continued to celebrate what it called doing good through its ‘Do More Cities Tour’ in Abuja and Kaduna to celebrate and reward individuals who have positively impacted their communities.
With the ‘Do More Cities Tour’, Lipton through the sales promotion said it is giving Nigerians the opportunity to nominate individuals who are making a difference in their communities through selfless dedication. The selected individuals will then be rewarded with gifts courtesy of the tea brand.
A statement from the company said, “To display our commitment to the message of not just thinking about doing good, but actually doing it, we launched the ‘Do More Cities Tour’.” The statement, which was signed by Mr. Adetayo Adesokan, the Brand Manager of Lipton added, “This initiative will reward individuals from different communities who have been selected for their selfless and courageous acts. We hope this will further encourage Nigerians to do more good deeds this season and always.”
Red Media Africa, the PR & Empowerment Marketing firm handling the Lipton account said the ‘Do More Cities Tour’ has rewarded four people in Abuja and Kaduna, and is set to continue in Lagos and other cities.
