100 Days Of COVID-19 In Nigeria, Number Of Cases 12,486 And Counting…

On Sunday June 7, 2020, Nigeria recorded 260 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 12, 486. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known at 11:49p.m.  on Sunday through their Twitter handle. The centre said 12 COVID-19 deaths were recorded in the country in the past 24 hours.

According to the NCDC, which is leading Nigeria’s battle against COVID-19, “On June 7, 2020, 260 new confirmed cases and 12 deaths were recorded in Nigeria. No new state has reported a case in the last 24 hours. Till date, 12,486 cases have been confirmed, 3959 cases have been discharged and 354 deaths have been recorded in 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
