Europa League Last 32 Draw: Arsenal, Man United, Wolves Drawn Against Opponents

Struggling Arsenal FC of England have been drawn against Olympiacos in the last-32 of the Europa League just as Manchester United, another laggard team this season have been handed a tie with Club Brugge. The two English Premier League teams have been horrible all season. Arsenal sits 9th on the EPL table with 22 points while Manchester United is three points better with 25th points on 6th position on the log. Arsenal narrowly lost the finals last year to Chelsea.

The draw for the round of 32 in the Europa league took place on Monday afternoon in Nyon, Switzerland, and featured all three English sides after they qualified for the knockout rounds. Wolves were the first team out of the pot and take on Espanyol. Celtic meet Copenhagen while Rangers are up against Portuguese side Braga. Sporting Lisbon will take on Istanbul Basaksehir while Getafe were selected to go up against Ajax.

Bayer Leverkusen and Porto were drawn against each other. Cypriot team APOEL will have to get past Basel. Cluj face Sevilla as Alkmaar take on LASK from Austria. Ludogorets, meanwhile, take on Antonio Conte’s Inter Milan as Red Bull Salzburg clash with Frankfurt. Shakhtar Donetsk have been matched up with Benfica with Wolfsburg to face Malmo and Roma to take on Gent.

Steven Gerrard’s side will take on Portuguese team Braga in the last clash involving British sides. This is the first time Rangers have reached the knockout stages since they returned to the topflight football.
