The funeral arrangement for final journey of late Senator Ayogu Eze has been released by his family.
NewsBits recalls that the late lawmaker died during a brief illness at an Abuja hospital on 25th April 2024 at 66 years. A statement issued on 28th May, 2024, revealed that Senator Eze will be buried on Friday, June 14th, 2024 in Umuida, Enugu-Ezike, Igbo Eze North Local Government Area of Enugu State.
According to a statement by the Chairman of the Committee of Friends for Ayogu Eze’s Burial, Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, the burial will be preceded by an inter-denominational Service of Songs and Night of Tribute on Friday, June 7th, 2024, in Abuja.
On Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, there will be a Night of Praise in Enugu. Then on Thursday, June 13th, 2024, the Christian wake will take place in Umuida, Enugu-Ezike while the Funeral mass will be conducted on Friday, June 14th, 2024, in Umuida, Enugu-Ezike in Enugu state.
