Flying Cars On Show At Intelligent Transport Systems World Congress

An electric vertical take-off and landing (#eVTOL) aircraft greeted visitors at the 29th Intelligent Transport Systems World Congress in E China’s Suzhou.

The two-seater #flyingcar, with a max speed of 130 km/h & a max flight altitude of 1,000m, can carry up to a weight of 160 kg. A flying car or roadable aircraft is a type of vehicle which can function both as a road vehicle and as an aircraft.

As used here, this includes vehicles which drive as motorcycles when on the road. The term “flying car” is also sometimes used to include hovercars and/or VTOL personal air vehicles.
