Enugu State Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has announced the appointment of Barrister Victor Udeh, as his Chief of Staff. The governor in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government Professor Chidiebere Onyia, made available to NewsBits, also announced the appointments of Ken Chukwuegbo, and Kenneth Ugwu, as Principal Secretary and Head of Service respectively
