The Parish Priest, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Oboama Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA Imo State, Rev Fr. Pascal Njoku officiates during the internment of the late Mazi Anthony Chimezie Adibe, father of Tony Adibe at his Umuohii Village while some Rev Sisters pray at the grave side, praying for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed.
Mazi Anthony Adibe joined his ancestors on Saturday June 3, 2023, at the Compassion Specialist Medical Center, Nguru, Mbaise, and was buried on Thursday September 8, 2023, at his family compound in Umuohii Village, Oboama Autonomous Community Ezinihitte Mbaise LGA, Imo State.
He is survived by his wife, grandchildren, and children including Mr Tony Adibe, the immediate past Southeast Zone Bureau Chief of the Daily Trust newspapers and one of the top class editors behind www.newsbitsng.com, an online newspaper which made its debut in Nigeria’s media space in 2017.
