Liverpool players and their Manager, Jurgen Klopp took time off to pose for Christmas photograph ahead of their epic clash later today with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. The last time the two teams met way back in August, they totally humiliated Arsene Wenger’s men 4-0 with the rampaging Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Daniel Sturridge getting on the scoresheet.
Before then, Arsenal had already lost at Stoke the previous weekend but this was a shock to the system in what was just the third league game of the campaign at the time. Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech described the loss as ‘one of the worst experiences’ of his career and now Wenger wants his team to turn the tables when Liverpool visit the Emirates Stadium today. But from the way they were all smiling during the Christmas group photograph, it does appear that Klopp and his boys are not bothered by the clash later today.
