The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in the Federal Capital Territory, Sunday Zakka, is dead. The Chairman reportedly died alongside his orderly and driver. Reports have it that they died in an auto crash.
The ghastly motor accident happened off Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport-Kuje Road, Abuja on Friday night. Zakka was on his way to his Kuje hometown in preparation for the Presidential and National Assembly elections.
The FCT Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Alhaji Abdul-Malik Usman, in his condolence message described Zakka’s death as a great loss to the FCT. Usman said Zakka was his personal friend, and colleague.
