Nigeria Records 187 New COVID-19 Cases From 12 States

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Tuesday September 29, 2020 confirmed that cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) had reached 58,647 following 187 fresh infections. The NCDC said in its usual update on Twitter. According to the agency, Lagos State recorded 74 cases, Plateau and Rivers with 25, followed by Gombe and FCT with 19 each.

With the new addition, the total confirmed cases so far in Nigeria now stands at 58,647 of which 49,937 have been discharged. However, the infection has claimed 1,111 lives. The 187 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria as recorded on Tuesday are as follows:
