624 New COVID-19 Cases Recorded On Tuesday As Nigeria’s Infections Rises To 41,804

On Tuesday July 28, 2020, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 624 new cases of COVID-19 in the country, bringing the total number to 41,804. The NCDC made the announcement on Tuesday night via its Twitter handle.

The NCDC, which is leading Nigeria’s war against the virus tweeted, “On the 28th of July 2020, 624 new confirmed cases and 8 deaths were recorded in Nigeria. Till date, 41804 cases have been confirmed, 18764 cases have been discharged and 868 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.”
