With all the religious tension in the country, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a Muslim has dared Nigerians and settled for another Muslim and former Borno State governor Kashim Shettima as his running mate for the forthcoming 2023 presidential election.
With that settled, Kashim Shettima will be Tinubu’s Vice Presidential running mate in the general elections scheduled for February 2023. Tinubu chose to make the announcement on Sunday not in Lagos State but in Daura the hometown of President Muhammadu Buhari in Katsina State.
