An unprecedented large turnout of voters is being recorded in Enugu even as late arrival of election materials tend to delay the process in some polling booths in the Enugu metropolis.

Our reporter monitoring the exercise within the capital city reports that as at 10:30 am INEC officials and materials were yet to arrive Idaw River Primary School, Uwani Secondary School, Obiagu Primary School, and some polling station in Ibeagwa Nike.

While INEC sources say materials have been distributed reports from polling units show that nothing is happening. Some voters who spoke to journalists expressed worry with the delay but said they determined to wait and cast their votes.
