The ongoing protest against hunger in Nigeria has degenerated to chaos as a police station was reportedly set ablaze. The station, located in Nyanya—a border town between the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and Nassarawa State was targeted during the unrest, according to reports.
Initially peaceful, the protest against bad governance in the country turned violent after being hijacked by suspected hoodlums and thugs.
