The Anambra State government has demolished a notorious kidnappers’ den operating under the disguise of Udoka Golden Point Hotel and Suites, popularly known as “La Cruise Hotel”, located along the Onitsha-Owerri Road in Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area.

The demolition was made public in a video uploaded on the X page of Anambra State New Media on Saturday night. The footage revealed the horrifying discoveries made within the premises, including well-partitioned graves on the last floor, believed to contain the remains of over 30 victims.

Additionally, authorities uncovered a shrine within the hotel, allegedly used for occult practices by the criminal gang. The demolition exercise was carried out under tight security.
