The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) members in South-East have passed a vote of confidence on Dr Ahmed Ajuji as National Chairman and Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso as the leader of the party.
They also passed a vote of confidence on NNPP Chairman of Board of Trustees (BOT), Alhaji Bubba Galadima and the members of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC). The members made this known on Wednesday in Enugu during its Expanded Executive meeting for the South-East of NNPP held in Enugu.
Speaking after the meeting, the South-East National Vice Chairman of NNPP, Dr Chidi Akim, said that during the meeting the members also affirmed Ajuji as the National Chairman and Kwankwaso as the leader of the party.
Akim noted that “there is only one NNPP and there is no crisis in the party.” According to him, we have implicit confidence in the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party led by Ajuji and we have total confidence in his leadership.
“The Chairman of BOT of our great party remains Alhaji Bubba Galadima, whom we have our trust and confidence in his office as well.
“Therefore, today, we passed a vote of confidence on the National leader, the National Chairman and the BOT Chairman of our great party,” he added.
