The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has invited victims of the Crypto Bridge Exchange scam to assist with its investigation.
In a statement on August 22, 2025, the EFCC said it is prosecuting Adefowoara Abiodun Olanipekun, Otorudo Avwersou and Ehirim Justice Chukwuebuka for allegedly defrauding Nigerians through the platform, which promised unrealistic returns and caused major financial losses.
Victims, especially those linked to CBEX offices in Ibadan and Idimu, Lagos, are asked to report to EFCC offices in Ibadan or Ikoyi to aid the case.
