Igwe-Elect Lauds Governor Mbah For Appointing Igwe Ugwu As Chairman, Enugu East Traditional Council

The Governor of Enugu State, Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has been lauded for appointing His Royal Highness, Igwe Emmanuel Ugwu, the Eze-Okwe of Okwe Ancient Kingdom, as the Chairman, Enugu East Traditional Council.

The Igwe-elect of Ogugu Ntu-egbenese Ancient Kingdom in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State, Chief Aloysius Chidozie Ogbonna Jnr, gave the commendation on Sunday through a congratulatory message to the traditional ruler to mark his successful inauguration. In the statement issued to journalists, Chief Ogbonna Jnr described Igwe Emmanuel Ugwu as an “inspirational leader committed to the well-being of his people.”

The Igwe-Elect also commended Igwe Ugwu’s two decades of service, highlighting significant advancements in infrastructure, education, and healthcare within the Ibagwa Autonomous Community under since he ascended the throne.
