Court sets Eromosele Adene free
Finally, news reaching us has it that a Yaba Magistrates Court in Lagos State has granted bail to detained #EndSARS protester, Eromosele Adene, in the sum of N1m.
The government has been allegedly hounding, arresting and detaining perceived protesters of the #ENDSARS movement, which brought the country to its knees before they protesters were shot at by the Nigerian military, which led to serious looting and destruction of lives and property across the states.
In granting the bail application, the magistrate ruled against an application filed by the policemen attached to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) seeking to remand Adene for an extra 30 days.
