The President of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Chief Emeka Rollas has spoken on the health of actor Zack Orji. In a statement he said, “Good evening esteemed colleagues, I can authoritatively tell you that Mr Zack is stable now.
“I have spoken with him’ his wife and Benedict Johnson I sent the Mayor of AGN Abuja Mr Ugochukwu Ohuonu to get to the hospital. We should not relent in prayers, and we will not turn any down offers in respect of getting the best medical care for Mr Zack.
“In few days time I shall be at the hospital to also see Zack while we continue to make further arrangements towards getting the best for our former President. May I also use this medium to inform us about our planned Health Awareness Day for early week of March 2024. We intend to have a campaign for the health of Nollywood Actors.
“The Nollywood Actors Health Intervention Fund. It will take place on the Island. We appeal that all stars should put on the shirts and caps when provided to stimulate the idea into the corporate world and media.
“Truth is that if this can happen to Zack Orji then its no longer a joke. I am begging all of us please help my administration achieve some of these legacies that will outlive us. Enough of grammar. We are almost becoming a laughingstock just because we don’t want to get united and form a common front.
“A committee will be set up soon to handle the campaign.
