A political support group of former Nigeria’s Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, under the auspices of ‘Atiku Consensus Movement’ (ACM), has expressed deep appreciation to the leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) at all levels for ensuring a transparent and credible primary election that produced the ex -VP as its presidential Candidate ahead of the 2027 general election.
The group said we wish “to Appreciate the leaderships Of ADC in the 809,000 Electoral wards, 774 LGAs, 36 States and National Working/Executive Committee members under The Leadership of Distinguish Senator David Mark for a peaceful, non Manipulated direct Presidential nomination Primary Election that voted And elected former Vice President, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar GCON as the presidential candidate of ADC for the 2027 INEC organized Presidential NASS elections.”
“In this light, Nigerians of ADC membership have clearly demonstrated that water and oil cannot mix. Given the vast Experience the former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, has garnered in the governance of the nation, Nigeria.”
In a statement jointly issued by its National Coordinator, Mr. Tony Nwachukwu, and National Secretary, Barrister Akin Ajayi, ACM, assured Nigerian’s that ADC “is the Party to vote Into Power Come 2027.
“Because the party Manifesto is at variance with the APC’s reckless Manifesto that has failed to secure Nigerians and The Country Nigeria.”
According to the group, “its True that APC-led governments in LGAs, States, and Federal, have afflicted Nigerians with economic paradoxes that are not known to socio economics.”
It added that the APC-led governments have birth Night/Day fear in security Against Nigerians, worse of all is their multi-dimensional poverty/daily Ghost chase in our Educational Institutions Etc”
“To Nigerians, we affirm that ADC is the Party to Vote to power, for political / Economic damage control and advancements that will upgrade the average living Nigerian per capital Income,” the statement concluded.
