Nigeria’s former lawmaker, business mogul, Francis Arthur Nzeribe from Oguta Imo State is dead. A renowned Nigerian politician, Nzeribe was Senator for the Orlu Senatorial constituency in Imo State from October 1983 to December 1983 and May 1999 to May 2007 on the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) platform.
The ex-lawmaker died on Sunday morning, May 8, 2022, at the age of 83. Up until the filing of this report the cause of his death reportedly in a foreign hospital is undisclosed but a family source said, “He died this morning in a hospital abroad. The family will soon release a statement.”
