The dangerous Coronavirus (COVID-19) has claimed the lives of about 17 positive patients in the last 48 hours, according to reports from Lagos State government through the office of the Lagos State Commissioner for health, Prof. Akin Abayomi on his verified Twitter handle.

Total COVID-19 related deaths now stand at 67.” The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) added that Lagos State, which is Nigeria’s epicentre as far as the virus is concerned has recorded 5,277 confirmed cases of positive COVID-19.
